These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AIGP Playbook (the "Service"), available at aigpplaybook.com, and any paid products offered through it. By using the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
AIGP Playbook is operated by Daman David Pant, an individual, as an independent educational project (not a registered company). Contact: aigpplaybook@gmail.com.
The Premium Mock Exam provides online access to a full-length practice exam of approximately 100 questions, freshly sampled on each attempt (up to five attempts per day) from a bank of 250 or more AIGP-style practice questions, together with a detailed explanation for every question. An optional one-time, full-length timed exam simulation is also included with premium access. Features may be improved or adjusted over time.
Premium access is granted for 30 days from the date access is activated on your account, unless a different period is stated at the time of purchase. Access is personal to the purchasing email address and is not transferable. You are responsible for using an email address you control, as sign-in codes are sent to it.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example Razorpay and PayPal); AIGP Playbook does not store your card or banking details. Access is enabled on the email address you provide once payment is confirmed.
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem accessing the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
AIGP and IAPP are trademarks of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). AIGP Playbook is an independent study resource created through personal research. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IAPP, does not contain official exam questions, and does not guarantee certification success. All content is compiled from publicly available sources and the author's own study and research, and contains no confidential or proprietary information.
The questions, explanations, and other materials are provided for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the content, in whole or in part, or share your access with others.
The Service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty that the materials are error-free or that use of the Service will result in passing any examination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of India.
